    • How long does it take for my order to arrive?
      At Podxwear, every product is printed just for you according to your specifications of design, size, and color. We don’t hold any stock, which means your items are manufactured only after you place your order.

    - Introduction:

    All orders will have a manufacturing time frame of 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) prior to the order being shipped, regardless of the shipping method selected. Orders will be put into production within 6 hours. Outside of this time, you will not be able to change order information or cancel it.

    We will send the tracking number to the email you left as soon as the order is shipped. Please check your email for the tracking number.

    - Shipping:

    You will receive your order once sent within 7-20 business days depending on the shipping service you have chosen.

    • Standard shipping: 10-20 days
    • USPS: 7-15 days
    • Express shipping: 3-7 days

    To double-check ETA’s, check the estimated delivery date on your receipt or reach out to our team at support@Podxwear.com.

    Please enter correct shipping address when placing your order. If you fill a wrong shipping address, the shipping carrier cannot deliver items successfully, we will contact you via email to resolve the problem. You should contact the shipping carrier or reconfirm the address with us to quickly receive your order. Otherwise, we are not responsible for the committed delivery time.

    How much does standard shipping cost?

    Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout, or you may contact us in advance for a quote. Shipping costs depend on the quantity of items and the selected shipping method.

    Nobody’s perfect, though we always strive to be. In the rare case that we make a mistake, we want you to have a worry-free experience. Notify us within 15 days of receiving your order and we’ll take care of you.

    Our Do-It-Right Guarantee makes it quick and easy:

    • If your order contains items that are printed different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reproduce those incorrect pieces for you or issue full or partially refund according to your request.
    • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. Your refund will be issued within 1-2 days after we receive your item(s).
    • If you choose DHL Shipping for your order, we will fully refund your postage when you return or exchange.

    CANCELLATIONS

    Since your personalized items are one-of-a-kind and made just for you, a $15 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please send us an email with your order number and the reason of the cancellation, and we will retrieve it back if the order has not been put into production.

    But please note that once your order has been submitted we will immediately begin production on the personalized items. If you would like to cancel your purchase which has been put into production, your order is subject to a $15 restocking fee per item.
    
    All refunds will be credited for the original amount paid, subtract shipping fees, discounts on personalized items, except in the case of an incorrect shipment. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email; please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days from the date you receive this email for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
